The fine print, in plain words

Community standard

SCEN does not support illegal activity. A meet on this calendar needs a named venue with permission (a business lot, a permitted park, a track, a shop) and an organizer who answers for it. Attending never authorizes unsafe driving, street racing, burnouts, revving contests, trespass, or breaking venue rules, in the venue, its parking, or the streets around it.

• Takeovers, sideshows, street racing, and burnout promos are never posted. Scheduling one, or promoting one anywhere on the site, gets the account removed.
• The organizer and the venue run the meet and set its rules on site. SCEN hosts the calendar; it does not run, insure, staff, or vouch for member-scheduled meets. You attend at your own judgment.
• Leave the lot the way you found it. That is what keeps venues saying yes.
• Harassment, spam, or using member details for anything other than meeting up gets the account removed.

Meet submissions

• Anyone with an account can submit a meet. It is private until a SCEN organizer checks the venue and the organizer and approves it. Approval usually happens the same day; you get the page link either way.
• What gets approved. A named venue with permission, a named organizer, a real address, and nothing on the never-posted list.
• Once live, the member who submitted it can change the status or delete it; SCEN can remove any meet that breaks the standard.
• Going counts come from members marking themselves going. Nothing is hand-entered.
• SCEN may repost an approved meet to its Instagram with credit to the organizer.

Photo and video notice

Meets are photographed and filmed by attendees, organizers, and SCEN. By attending, you may appear in photos and video posted on this site and on Instagram. Photos you upload to the site must be yours or used with permission; credit the shooter in the description. If you have a privacy concern about a specific image, send it through the contact form; SCEN reviews within a week and handles anything involving minors first.

Privacy notice

• What is collected. Username, display name, email, password (stored as a salted hash, never readable), optional Instagram and car, and everything you post: meet submissions and going marks.
• What is public. Display name, username, Instagram, and car appear on meets you submit and in going lists. Email never does. The organizer contact you enter on a submission is shown to SCEN organizers only.
• Why. To run the site: sign you in, review and publish your submissions, count attendance, and respond to reports.
• Who sees it. SCEN organizers. The database runs on SCEN's own server. Nothing is sold or shared with advertisers. This site sets one cookie, for your sign-in session, and no analytics or advertising cookies.
• How long. As long as your account exists. Ask for deletion through the contact page and the account and its posts are removed.
• News. Headlines are fetched from public RSS feeds and link to the source. SCEN stores nothing about what you read.

Terms of use

• This site is published by Sin City Elite Network, Las Vegas, Nevada. The legal business identity will be listed once confirmed.
• You are responsible for what you post. Post only what you have the right to post, and nothing that breaks the community standard.
• SCEN can remove content or accounts that break the standard, without notice, and will say why when asked.
• The service is provided as is. SCEN is a hub, not a party to any meet, shoot, or deal arranged through it.
• Nevada law applies. Counsel review of these terms is pending.

Accessibility statement

This site is built to WCAG 2.2 AA: keyboard navigation on every control, visible focus, labeled forms with error text that says how to fix it, alt text on meaningful images, reduced-motion support, and text that scales to 200 percent. If something does not work for you, say so through the contact form and it gets fixed.
